kasancewar ba komai ne nake magana akan shi ba, so dayawa nakan dauki lokaci banyi magana akan komai ba, sai in bukatar hakan ta kama.kuma Hakika har Awurin Allah inayin wadannan rubuce-rubucen ne domin kawai "AL'AMRU BIL MA'ARUF WAN NAHYU ANIL MUNKAR" kusan shine babban dalilin zamana acikin wannan kafar sadarwa ta facebook.
Annabi s.a.w acikin hadisi ingantacce acikin muslim yake cewa"duk wanda yaga wani abin ki to ya gusardashi da hannunshi, idan bazai iya ba to yayi da bakinsa, idan bai samu iko ba, to (ya kyamaci abin) acikin zuciyarsa, kuma wannan shine mafi raunin imani"
A dalilin wannan hadisin yazama wajibi ga duk wani musulmi idan yaga wani abu na barna na faruwa to yayi kokarin chanza shi da gwargwadon yanda ya samu iko. sanin kowane a wannan lokaci  iyan-mata da yawa musamman iyayan musulmai sun shiga wani yanayi! wannan yanayin shine tsiraici da shigar banza ta zama bakomai ba awajensu, kadubi yanda iyayan musulmai musamman a makarantun mu na boko kai harma da islamiyyu: yanda wadannan iyan-matan suke  shiga irin wadda bata dace da musulunci ba , islamiyya  yarinya zata tafi amma sai kaga tayi kwalliya harda make-up da sanya turare ! wannan wane irin lalacewar tarbiyane, inda ma abun yafi tsanani shine idan kashiga acikin manyan makarantu na gaba da sakandire zakaga shiga iri-iri, wai kuma suna ganin wannan shine wayewa, musamman iyayan hausawa(hausa/fulani),  kuma sai kaga suna yima sauran mata wadanda basa wannan shigar ta tsiraici:dubin kauyawa wadanda basu wayeba, wa-iyazubillahi!!! to ku sani wannan ba dabi’ar kwarai bace, kuma wadannan matan(sisters) da kuke renawa wai don suna sanya hijabi da niqabi, kusani sunfiku qima ko a wajen jama’a, idan harku kuna yimusu dubin wai ai ba hausa/Fulani bane! Har kuna cewa ai yarbawane , ai inyamuraine! Duk yaushe suka musulunta, to sai muce muku  badai sun musulunta ba, ai shikenan ba ruwanmu da kabilunsu.ya kamata kudawo cikin hankalinku, kusani wannan abun sabon Allah ne,zunubi ne kuke samu, domin Annabi ya hana mace ta fita tasanya turare, har ya nuna idan mace ta fita ta sanya turare to mazinaciya ce, Amma a yanzu mafi yawan mata basu damu da wannan hadisin ba, sunayin kwalliyar sune yanda suka ga dama, suna ta samun tsinuwa daga mala’iku da mutane!!!
To kudawo cikin hankalinku, kusani mutuncinku shine Sanya hijabi da lullubi kamar yanda aka san matan musulmai, kuma mafi abinda yafi mutunci a gareku shine yin aure, rashin auren duk shike kawo wadannan fitintinun,..
A saboda haka ina kiraga iyaye su sani iyayansu kiwo ne Allah ya basu, kuma haqiqa zai tambayesu akan wannan kiwon da yabasu, suyi iya kokarinsu wajen tarbiyantar da iyayansu musamman mata, a, rinka umurtarsu da sanya hijabi aduk inda zasuje, malamai na islamiyya kalubale gareku kuma ku kula sosai, kuma yanne maza kurinka kula yanda tasarrufin kannenku mata yake gudana domin samun saukin wannan al’amarin, dukkanmu munsani wadannan irin sabon Allah da tsiraici shike haifarda zina, ita kuma zina itake kawo fushin Allah, to saboda haka sai mun tashi tsaye munyaki wannan fitina,,

TAKAITACCEN TARIHIN IMAMU-SHAFI’I (MUHAMMAD BIN IDRIS)


NASABARSA DA HAIFUWARSA:
Sunansa Muhammad bin idris bin abbas bin usman bin shafi’I, an haifeshi a garin gaza dake cikin kasar Shaaam A shekarata 150 bayan hijira,kuma a wannan shekararne abu hanifah ya rasu.
Kamar yanda yake fada da kansa cewa “an haifeni a gaza, sai mahaifiyata ta daukeni zuwa asqalan” gaza zuwa asqalan mil shidda ne.
Daya ne daga cikin malaman nan guda hudu da ake dogaro ga mazhabobinsu,imamun a wajen malaman hadisi. Alhumaidiy na cewa’’ shafi’iy ya kasance a wajenmu imamun”

NEMAN ILIMINSA:
Yafara neman ilimi tun yana danyaro, ya kasance mai himma da kokari a wajen neman ilimi, kuma mai nisantar sabon Allah, Allah ya bashi hikima a wajen Magana.
Bayan yayi shekara biyu DA haihuwa a kasar sham sai mahaifiyarsa ta koma dashi a garin makka inda acan ya nemi ilimi musamman na alqur’ani a wajen sufyan ibn uyaynah sannan ya wuce a madina inda ya karanci littafin muwadda a wajen imamu malik kuma ya hardaceta kaf, sannan ya wuce kasar bagdad yayi shekara biyu a can, sannan ya dawo garin makka  yaci gaba da karantarwa, daganan ya tafi garin bagdad yayi watanni acan, daga nan ya wuce garin misra inda acan ya rasu.
Yana son ilimin shi’ir ma’ana wake kuma ya iyashi sosai.
Ya kasance mai kokari wajen neman ilimi domin kuwa shi da kansa yake cewa”na hardace qur’ani ina dan shekara bakwai, kuma na hardace littafin muwadda(na imam malik) ina dan shekara goma”*2*
Ribi’iy bin sulaiman yana cewa” shafi’iy yafara fatwa tun yana dan shekara 17, kuma ya kasance yana raya dare har ya rasu”*3*
Ya kasance mai nisantar sabon Allah, saboda malamansa sun sanardashi cewa sabon Allah yana lalata harda, shiyasa imamu malik yake cema shafi’iy”hakika Allah madaukakin sarki ya jefa haske acikin zuciyarka, kada ka kashe wannan hasken da sabon Allah”*1”
Akan haka yasa imamu shafi’iy har wake yake yi yana cewa akan abinda malaminsa waki’i ya gayamasa
Nakai karar hardata ga imamu waki’i--- sai yace in bar sabon Allah
Yace;kasani shi ilimi haskene---------kuma shi hasken Allah ba’a bada shi ga mai sabon Allah.


HIKIMARSA DA KUMA MAGANGANUNSA:
Imamu shafi’iy ya kasance mutum mai kaifin hadda da hikima, kuma Allah ya horemai nazmu, wanda yana cikin malaman nan guda biyu da akace suna da saurin kawo nazmi, na biyu shine ibn hazmin Azzahiri al andulusy.
Kuma shine wanda ya fara kawo ilimin usoolul fiqh,kuma mutun ne mai tsoron Allah kwarai.
DAGA CIKIN MAGANGANUNSA AKWAI:
Imamu Ahmad bin hanbal yace: imamu shafi’iy yace muna” kunfini sanin ilimin hadisi, idan hadisi ya inganta daga gareku to ku sanardani harsai na riki wannan hadisin” duk saboda Kankan da kai.
Imamu shafi’iy yake fada gameda alhumaidiy” ni banga wanda ya kai humaidy harda ba, ya kasance yana hardace hadisi dubu a wajen sufyan ibn uyaynah”
Abdullahi ibn abdalhakim yace ma shafi’iy: kazauna anan misra, kaga manyan mutane nazuwa majlisinka sai ka samu daukaka: sai shafi’iy yace mai” duk wanda taqwa ba ta daukakashi ba to bai da wata daukaka”.
Shafi’iy na cewa”idan hadisi ya inganta to shine mazhaba ta”
Kuma yace”musulmai sunyi ijma’I cewa duk wanda aka gina mai hujja da sunna, to baya halatta gareshi ya bar wannan hujjar saboda zancen wani”*5*
YABON MALAMAI AKANSA:
Imamul mizzi acikin littafin tahzibul kamal ya kawo shafi’iy na 5049 ajerin maruwaitan hadisi, sai da ya shafe page 25 yana Magana akan shafi’iy, tun daga page na 355 zuwa 380.*6*
Yahya bin ma’in yana cewa” shafi’iy mai gaskiyane, bai da wata matsala”*4*
Imamun nasa’iy yace” shafi’iy a wajenmu melamine thiqa kuma amintacce”
AQIDARSA:
Imamu shafi’iy malamin sunnah ne, magabaci daga cikin salafus salih, kuma imami ne, mai gaskiyane kuma mai yawan ibada, yana akan aqidar SALAFUS SALIH TA CEWA Allah dayane, kuma yana sama, sannan yana saukowa a sama ta daya a duk karshen dare, kuma Aljanna da wuta gaskiyane, KUMA YAYARDA DACEWA Alqur’ani maganar Allah ne ba halittar Allah ba, kuma yayi imani da cewa a gobe qiyama muminai za suga Allah da idonsu ba tareda ture-ture ba, zasu ganshi kamar yanda ake ganin wata a daren goma sha hudu,kuma imamu shafi’iy yayi imani da cewa a gobe qiyama Allah zai sanya siradi domin kowa sai yabi ta kan siradi sannan yawuce imma aljanna ko wuta. Duka wdannan sune aqidar Imamu shafi’iy wadda kuma itace aqidar dukkan malaman salafus salih, kuma itace aqidar imam malik, abu hanifa da imam ahmad bin hambal. (Muma itace Aqidarmu) Shiyasa acikin laamiyya ta ibn taimiyyah, bayan ya kawo aqidar Ahlusunnah gameda Allah, da kuma manzonsa da yinin kiyama, sai yace:       Wannan itace aqidar shafi’iy da malik’’’’’’’’’’’’’da Abu hanifah da kuma Ahmad bin hambal.
MALAMANSA:
Daga cikin malamansa akwai;
Imam malik bin Anas,sufyan ibn uyaynah, Abdullahi ibn zubair ALhumaidy,
DALIBANSA:
Imamu ahmad bin hambal, ibn rahawaihi, Ahmad bin yahya albagdady, DA sauransu.
LITTAFANDA YA RUBUTA:
Almusnad, ARrisalah Alqadimah, Ahkamul qur’an, da sauransu, domin yanada littafai kusan 128 kamar yanda imamul baihaqiy ya kawo acikin littafin’’ MANAQIBU SHAFI’IY”

WAFATINSA:

YA rasu a shekara ta 204 bayan hijira, yayi skearu hamsin da hudu(54) a duniya. Allah ya yimai rahama .
Allah ya amfanar damu kuma yabamu ikon koyi dasu imamu shafi’iy da dukkan malaman salaf rahmatullahi Alaihim,  WASSALAMU ALAIKUM WA RAHMATULLAH.
